My First Freebie: Ivory 2 in 1

When I first began my blog, I hoped that my writing would some how lead to money or free stuff.  I mean it happens for some people, right? 
Well, this week, it  I finally got my first free product as a direct result of blogging!!  It's a small freebie but a freebie none the less,  and I'm not ashamed to admit that I was probably more excited about a free bottle of soap then any grown person should be :) ha!

Thanks to my friends at Influenster,  I was chosen to receive a free bottle of Ivory's new product "Ivory 2 in 1"  It is  shampoo/conditioner  and body wash all in one bottle.

I will admit that I was a bit skeptical that any 2 in 1 product would be able to do 2 things well.   But this one really does.   My daughter's hair is too much like "grown up hair" for the kids products to work well for her,  and she's too lazy to take the time to properly wash and condition her hair.  I let her try this, and I was amazed how well it worked.  Even without extra conditioner I was able to comb through her thick and tangled hair with ease,  and her hair was softy and shiny.

As a body wash it works well too!  The conditioners in it left my skin super soft and moisturized.  It suds up really well and smells light and fresh.  I did try it on my own hair as a shampoo and conditioner replacement... my hair is very processed and still needs it's special salon brand shampoo and conditioner... but I would use this in a pinch.

This would be perfect for a college student who has to deal with communal showers, or a teen going to summer camp this summer, one bottle travels much better than 3!

All in all I would recommend Ivory 2 in 1... give it a try and tell me what you think :)
